This Dashboard Panel in the Report Center counts the number of estimates and the won revenue amount for each of those estimates in the selected time frame. The panel includes statuses of won, draft, and lost. Only “Won” estimates are listed. You can select a date range.
- Sales Rep - The Sales Rep on the Estimate.
- Won Count Ratio - The number of Estimates within the range and the percent that were won by that Sales Rep. For example from the screenshot, there were 3 estimates within the date range. One of those was completed and won by Roger Rabbit, thus 1 out of the 3 estimates or 33% are won.
- Won Amount Ratio - Actual percentage and amount of each salespersons estimate/estimates in how they relate to the total Won revenue of the 3 estimates.
