Pro or Pro Plus Members who also subscribe to Smart Maps now have the ability to create leads directly from the Map from the V3 Accounts List. We will start from the Account List in this article as if this were your first time adding leads in this way.
To create Leads from the map, follow these steps:
1. Go to CRM > Accounts.
2. Click the Show Map button. This will open the map, displaying all clients and leads as pins.
3. Set one or more filters to narrow down your search area. Applying filters will re-adjust the pins.
4. Zoom in enough to see individual locations, then click the Leads button.
5. Click on individual properties to create new leads. The address of each new lead is listed to the left of the map.
6. Below the list of addresses, click Create Leads.
5. In the dialog box, type a name for the set of properties and select or add any tags you want then click Create.
6. To see your new list of leads, go to the Accounts list and filter by the property name you designated. Each lead will have the property name you entered, appended with 1, 2, etc.
You can then use Groups to select Accounts for bulk editing or emailing.
To apply a Group from the map, follow these steps:
1. Go to CRM > Accounts.
2. Click the Show Map button. This will open the map, displaying all clients and leads as pins.
3. Zoom in enough to see individual accounts, then click the Groups button.
4. Adjust the border so it includes the properties you want in the Group.
5. Click Actions and choose your desired option.
