Client Portal Update | April 1, 2022

To continue addressing system speed, we’ve made a couple of changes to the Client Portal “Billing” tab. Removing automatic loading in the following areas will improve system speed significantly, especially for Members with a large amount of data in the system.

Past Transactions

On the “Billing” tab, the client’s past transactions no longer load automatically. They can click
Load Transaction History to see the full history.



On the “Billing” tab Your Transactions list, the “Applied to” invoices no longer load automatically.
Your client can click Load Invoices to see their invoices as usual.
