Virtual Group Training
We offer Basic and Advanced courses for Virtual Group Training. By attending a combination of options, you are receiving everything you need to be a Service Autopilot Rockstar! The sessions are filled with all of the knowledge our trainers can offer, ensuring you are armed with the most important tools to grow your business.
The Basic Virtual Training has been shortened down to just one day, and is designed to give you a foundational knowledge of all of the fundamentals needed to successfully integrate and operate Service Autopilot for your business.
The Advanced Virtual Training has been entirely re-vamped and is now more accessible, with our new topical ½-day training sessions.
Basic Virtual Training
Basic Group Training covers the fundamentals needed to successfully integrate and operate Service Autopilot for your business.
- You will learn:
- Basic setup of Clients, Resources, Services, and Products
- CRM (Client Relationship Management) Tools for Calls, Emails, Texting, and Tickets
- Scheduling, Team App, Invoicing, and Estimates

Advanced Virtual Training
Advanced Virtual Training has just become more accessible with our new topical ½-day training sessions. Designed for businesses that need to learn on the go, these ½-day sessions are packed with the areas that matter most for different areas of system use.
Note: We recommend that attendees either have taken Basic Virtual Training or have a foundational knowledge of the software.
- Time: 12:30 - 4:30 PM CT
- Price: $199.00 per company
- These will be offered 4 times per month, with each of the 4 sessions being tailored to a general topic regarding system use. For example, the Accounting session would cover everything you need to know about the accounting functions of Service Autopilot.
- Seasonally, we will also tailor the sessions to specific service industries, such as Lawncare, Janitorial/Cleaning Services, and Snow Removal. This does not mean that, if you aren't in the targeted industry, you will not benefit from attending. Rather, this will determine the different examples we use during the session, but the general system knowledge is universal.
- Accounting: Offered the 1st Thursday of every month
- This is the perfect training session for employees that handle billing or accounting processes within the company.
- Topics covered include:
- Invoicing
- Payments
- Timesheets
- Payroll Reports
- Additional Reports to help stay on top of your accounting needs
- Operations Manager/Scheduler: Offered the 2nd Thursday of every month
- This training is great for those who are ready to learn some of the best tips and tricks for:
- Scheduling Work
- Keeping up with client relationship task management
- Identifying the best operational reports
- Topics covered include:
- Dispatch Calendar, Dispatch Board, and Waiting List
- Tickets with use case examples
- Vendor Setup
- Smart Maps, and more!
- This training is great for those who are ready to learn some of the best tips and tricks for:
- Sales/Marketing: Offered the 3rd Thursday of every month
- Designed for the team members tasked with building or keeping up with the sales and/or marketing pipeline. This training is perfect for anyone handling leads, estimating, and creating upsell opportunities.
- Topics covered:
- Advanced Estimates
- Forms
- Smart Maps
- Dashboard reporting and marketing-specific reports
- Documents, bulk-emailing, tags, and more!
- Business Owner: Offered the 4th Thursday of every month
- Exception: November - Due to Thanksgiving, this session will be moved to the 5th Thursday of November
- Designed to showcase the tools that can help business owners or other stakeholders stay on top of day-to-day operations
- Topics covered:
- Internal task management
- Employee Setup
- Job Costing
- Expenses
- Admin dashboard reporting and more
One-on-One Virtual Training
Suppose you feel like you need individualized attention for the report center, automations, or any other area of Service Autopilot. In that case, you can schedule a one-on-one training session with one of our experts. They have the SA and industry knowledge you need to make sure you’re finding the best possible solutions for YOUR business.
The agenda for this training is tailored to your needs at the time of scheduling, and each session is one hour long. Dates and times are flexible.
½ Day and Full Day Virtual Training
Personalized ½ Day and Full-Day training sessions are available. These sessions are instructor-led, and you set the agenda.
This is an excellent option if you’re struggling to get started with SA, hired a new employee (or employees), and don’t have the time to train them yourself, or if you’ve ever wanted more time with an SA trainer after finishing a one-on-one session.

On-Site Training
For the first time ever, Service Autopilot is bringing the training directly to YOU. We are proud to offer On-Site training for you and your employees, so you can learn firsthand how to master our features.
This means an SA trainer will visit your company and present curated training on the topics of your choice, providing a direct and personalized learning experience. This is great for members who thrive by interacting with our instructors and other learners.

Regional Training Events

Our 2-day events give you direct access to our expert Training Project Managers, who've instructed thousands of members on the SA platform. Any questions you have, they can answer! You'll walk away empowered with the tools and confidence you need to fully incorporate SA into your business.
By attending, you'll maximize the potential of your Service Autopilot account in an intimate event setting where you'll feel comfortable asking questions related to your business and financials.
