You can use the Team App to contact clients before or during Visits as long as the Account has contact information saved.
To contact a client, follow these steps:
- Tap Contact Client.
- Select an option from the list, such as Call Home, Call Cell, or Text Cell.
Call Home and Call Cell will open your phone's dial and show the corresponding phone number. The Text Cell option will open a Send Text overlay:
- Type your text message then click Send.
