On the Team App, you can view the Visit Details in one of two ways. From the Map View, swipe up. From the List View, click on the Property.
You can swipe up on the Visit to see the Visit View. This will show details such as Custom Fields and Services associated to the Job. Here, if applicable, you can use the Contact Client to call or text the Client. You can also clock into individual Services from this view.
Note: Custom Fields associated to "Customer" that are marked "Show on Work Order" and that contain data will show here. Additionally, Custom Fields associated to "Property" that contain data will also show.
To add Job Comments, Products, and Attachments to the job without starting it, click on the name of the Service. This will open the edit Service window where you can make changes. You will see the name of the Service at the top of the screen.
