We are always improving Service Autopilot. This update has changes to the Team App functionality, the new Bulk Add Other Charges option and improved help tool. Items in these notes are subject to change prior to release.
Improvements Added to SA
We’ve made these improvements recently.
New Feature - Bulk Add Other Charges: We have added the option to add other charges to invoices in bulk. Now you will be able to select groups of invoices and add flat rate or percentage charges (such as fuel surcharges) in a bulk action.
Team App Updates: We have made a lot of updates to the Team App to bring in functionality that has been needed. Below the normal release note sections, you will find a list of the changes we have made.
Updated Help Tool: We have updated our help tool to give you more options and access to training material. You will still be able to start a chat and search for relevant articles, and now will have access to improved announcements, training modules, and feedback tools.
Legacy App – Last Job Sync: We have updated the legacy mobile app to sync after the last visit of the day is completed. The app will now sync job info automatically after this completion.
Updates to Correct System Issues
We’ve made these fixes recently.
Unable to add email: There was an issue preventing emails with the ‘.bank’ suffix in the domain from being added. This has been fixed.
Incorrect geocodes: There was an issue causing accounts to be created with incorrect geocodes for their location. This has been fixed.
Activity Stream – Past Visits Missing: There was an issue that was causing past visits to not show on the activity stream when completed from the team app. This has been fixed.
Activity Stream – Duplicate invoices: There was an issue occurring that was causing some invoices to display twice on the activity feed, with different details. This has been fixed.
Deleted Tickets Being Shown: There is an issue occurring that caused Tickets to still show on V3 accounts after being deleted. This has been corrected to only show open tickets.
Alert Type Filter Broken: There was an issue occurring when using the alert type filter that caused no results to generate. This has been fixed.
Error when loading Alerts: There was an issue occurring for a member that caused a server error to be received when loading alerts. This has been fixed.
Estimates - Discounts Missing on View My Proposal: There was an issue preventing discounts on estimates from showing in the subtotal section on view my proposal. This has been fixed.
View My Proposal Formatting Issue: There was an issue causing a portion of the estimate to be cut off in the view. This has been fixed.
Incorrect Dates: There was an issue Dates to show incorrectly due to the time zone. This has been fixed.
Job Notes in Wrong Order: There was an issue causing job notes to show in the incorrect order compared to how they were originally saved. This has been fixed.
Unable to Export: There is an error occurring when trying to download a generated service list export. This has been fixed.
Shifting Time Records: There was an issue causing time records to shift to the current date when updated. This has been fixed.
Team App Updates
Individual Service Clock-In: We added the ability for users to clock into individual services for a job. Previously, they could only clock in and out of all services for a job.
Individual Resource Clock-In: We added the ability for users to clock individual resources into a job. Previously, they could only clock in and out with their crew/team.
Stop Work: We added the option for users to stop working at a job without marking it as complete. Previously, whenever the user would stop working at a job it would mark the job as complete.
Contact Client: We added the ability for users to contact clients via phone call or text.
Custom Fields: We added the ability for users to see Customer custom fields marked as “Print on Work Order” as well as Property custom fields on jobs.
