Enable Custom Fields for Viewing on the Team App

Custom Fields can be viewed on the Visit Detail view on the Team App. To enable Custom Fields for this view, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Custom Fields.
  2. Click Add Custom Field or click on an existing field name to edit it.
  3. For a Custom Field to show on the Team App, it must be Associated To "Customer" or "Property". If "Customer" is selected, "Show on Work Order" must also be enabled.


  4. Click Save.
