Highlights

We are always improving Service Autopilot. This update contains minor changes that will enhance some V3 features, address a few issues, and improve speed.


Improvements Added to SA

Automations –‘package start date’ merge tag: We created a new merge tag that will pull the Start Date of the first round available in the package being created. This will need to be paired with a ‘Package Created’ trigger. 

Automations Performance Improvement: We made some improvements to Automations, improving performance for members with larger customer bases.

Bulk Price Update Enhancements

Added Packages: We added the option to update pricing on packages using the Bulk price update tool. 

Flat Rate Adjustment: We added the option to update pricing using a flat rate amount. You will be able to choose between a Flat Rate or Percentage when setting up your price change.

Account List: We have added the ability to see the accounts that will be impacted by the bulk price change.

Scheduling price changes: We have added the ability to schedule price changes for the future. You will now be able to schedule price changes, view price changes you have scheduled, and cancel upcoming changes.


Updates to Correct System Issues

We’ve made these fixes recently.

Unable to use new ticket categories: There was an issue preventing new Ticket categories from being usable on Projects. This has been fixed.

Unable to View All Milestones: There was an issue that prevented the viewing of all the milestones when scrolling through projects. This has been fixed.

Invoices – Not Showing Correct Total: There was an issue causing the invoice total to display incorrectly for a member. This has been fixed.

Chemical Tracking – Page Load Issues: There was an issue causing the Setup Chemical Tracking page to not load for some members. This has been fixed.

Dispatch Board – Error when Assigning Team Members: There was an error occurring for some members when trying to assign teams on the dispatch board. This has been fixed.

Legacy App – Can’t View Attachments: There was an issue preventing mobile attachments from being viewed when added to calendar events. This has been fixed.

Client Portal – Invoices Missing Line items: There was an issue causing invoices that were sent to the Client Portal to not show all the details. This has been fixed.

Legacy App – Can’t View Attachments: There was an issue preventing mobile attachments from being viewed when added to calendar events. This has been fixed.

Report Center – Schedule reports not sending: There have been issues that have caused the report center scheduler to not send reports correctly. This has been fixed.

Installment Plans – Overages are not saving: There was an issue preventing overages from being saved on V3 Installment Plans. This has been fixed.

Payments – Error when charging invoice: There was an error occurring preventing an invoice from being charged. This has been fixed.
